Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to process orders efficiently.
- Ensure all items are properly labeled, sealed, and organized within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with team leads to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Conduct regular quality checks to prevent shipping errors and damages.
- Load and unload trucks safely using proper equipment and techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily productivity targets.
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods.
