Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Verify product details against packing slips to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Operate standard packaging machinery and hand tools safely.
- Inspect all items for damage or defects before packaging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Handle inventory counts and stock rotation as directed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to the Tulsa facility.
