Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and damages before packaging.
- Label packages correctly according to shipping specifications and regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Load and unload trailers efficiently to meet daily shipping targets.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve order discrepancies quickly.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld devices.
- Willingness to work in a temperature-controlled and fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Available for full-time shifts (including weekends and overtime when required).
