Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent shipping errors.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Process returns and handle inventory adjustments efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment center experience preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver packages weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate RF scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
