Responsibilities
- Pick & Pack: Retrieve items from shelves and prepare them for shipment with high accuracy.
- Order Verification: Double-check items against customer orders to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Labeling & Documentation: Apply shipping labels and complete necessary paperwork efficiently.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when counting and sorting items.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends if needed.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
