Responsibilities
- Execute precise order picking and packing procedures to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in adherence to strict safety protocols.
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments to minimize returns and errors.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clutter-free workspace to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily and weekly operational targets.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks and maintaining dock areas.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) for extended shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret scanning equipment and pick lists.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends as business needs arise.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
