Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and verify products using handheld RF scanners to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Sort, label, and stage orders according to shipping lanes and priorities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control standards set by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and pick tickets accurately.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for immediate hires.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented atmosphere.
