Responsibilities
- Retrieve merchandise from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Pack items securely into boxes, ensuring proper labeling, wrapping, and documentation.
- Verify order accuracy against pick lists and shipping manifests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
