Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure quality and correct documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quality benchmarks.
- Assist in inventory control and cycle counting processes.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions if applicable.
