Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure all items are accurately labeled, packaged, and shipped within specified timeframes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect products for defects and report damaged goods to the quality control team immediately.
- Operate handheld scanners and computers to update inventory status in real-time.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
