Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report any damages or discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks accurately, ensuring proper handling of all inventory.
- Sort and organize stock in designated areas to optimize warehouse flow.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new warehouse software quickly.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
