Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Scan barcodes and verify item details using handheld RF scanners.
- Ensure all items are properly labeled and packaged to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety quotas.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with potential for overtime.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
