Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Scan items using RF (Radio Frequency) scanners to verify inventory counts and barcodes.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and damages before packaging.
- Label and package items securely using proper packing materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during shift changes and busy periods.
- Follow all safety protocols and company operational procedures strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours per shift).
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and work history.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekend shifts.
