Responsibilities
- Retrieve products from warehouse shelves based on pick tickets and barcodes.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for quality, damage, and correct specifications.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label, seal, and apply shipping documentation accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse equipment as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 50+ lbs on a repetitive basis.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Familiarity with barcode scanners and basic computer skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
