Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise from the warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders with 100% accuracy.
- Scan barcodes and labels to verify item descriptions and quantities before packaging.
- Package items securely using appropriate boxes, bubble wrap, and tape.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sweepers and organizing inventory racks.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
- Report damaged or missing inventory to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
