Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock and materials against purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to protocols.
- Report inventory discrepancies and damaged goods immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly production goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Valid Driver’s License preferred but not required.
