Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and process incoming shipments with inventory management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following OSHA safety protocols
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with 99.5% accuracy
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse spaces through systematic stocking and rotation
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy with WMS/ERP system familiarity preferred
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass pre-employment background check
