Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently in a busy distribution center.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with high accuracy and speed.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain organized stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, safe, and compliant with OSHA standards.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy for operating scanning equipment and warehouse management systems.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required.
