Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Control: Verify and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Packaging: Properly pack, label, and prepare shipments for domestic and international distribution.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Organization: Keep storage areas clean, organized, and accessible at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Background: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Availability: Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
