Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials from trailers, pallets, and trucks using forklifts and hand trucks.
- Receive, inspect, and accurately verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with strict attention to accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift, Scissor Lift) safely and perform routine equipment checks.
- Assist in inventory control and cycle counting activities.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure workplace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically able to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
