Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S principles and safety protocols.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklift equipment and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Update inventory records in the warehouse management system to reflect stock movements.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets efficiently.
Qualifications
- Valid Class I or Class III Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety regulations strictly.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
