Responsibilities
- Safely load/untract goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual lifting techniques
- Inspect and verify incoming/outgoing shipments against manifests
- Maintain organized inventory storage systems with accurate record-keeping
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
