Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with 99% accuracy.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to process inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Inspect goods for damages and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with the shipping team to ensure timely delivery.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding material handling.
- Perform light maintenance on equipment and assist with inventory counts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn scanning technology quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
