Responsibilities
- Select and pull merchandise from warehouse shelves based on customer orders with high accuracy.
- Pack items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipping.
- Inspect products for defects and notify supervisors of any issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse equipment (familiarization provided).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- No previous warehouse or picking experience required; we train the right people.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
