Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately using RF scanners.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely when certified.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping quotas and deadlines.
- Update inventory systems with real-time order status changes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and picking.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Experience in warehousing, logistics, or fulfillment centers is a plus but not required.
