Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Scan items using handheld scanners or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks safely, adhering to weight limits and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record.
- Ability to work in various warehouse conditions (temperature controlled and non-temperature controlled).
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
