Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA regulations are strictly followed at all times.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and accuracy.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as required.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to resolve shipping issues and optimize workflow.
- Manage equipment maintenance and report any facility issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Experience in a supervisory or lead role is a plus.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is advantageous.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
