Responsibilities
- Supervise 15-20 warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Optimize inventory control systems (WMS) to ensure 99.5% accuracy
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and dock operations
- Conduct daily operational audits and process improvement initiatives
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and forklift fleet operations
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for senior leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- OSHA 30-Hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperature conditions
