Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage team performance through training, scheduling, and performance reviews
- Utilize provided equipment (forklifts, scanners, pallet jacks) efficiently
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and compliance standards
- Optimize inventory control systems and minimize operational costs
- Collaborate with logistics team for seamless supply chain coordination
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics environment
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Valid forklift certification (provided if not current)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic math and inventory management knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
