Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload shipments from trucks, ensuring cargo is secured and organized.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including cycle counts and stock organization.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily operations and inventory movement.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (OSHA 10/30 or equivalent) required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation and a positive work attitude.
