Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Inspect products for quality and damages before packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to 5S safety standards.
- Load and unload trucks safely using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Process returns and inventory adjustments accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and mathematical skills for scanning and labeling.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Strong attention to detail and focus on safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
