Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely throughout the facility.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure it is in proper working condition and safe to operate.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all OSHA safety standards.
- Accurately count and verify inventory during shipping and receiving processes.
- Follow strict safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a secure workplace for all team members.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid forklift certification (Class A, B, or C) or be willing to obtain one upon hiring.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as required by business needs.
