Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other heavy machinery to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as required.
- Ensure the warehouse area is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Inspect forklift equipment for wear and tear and report maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C).
- Previous experience in warehouse operations is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime.
