Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick and pack products according to customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect items for damage and verify that the correct items are being picked to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and reporting discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse equipment.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep workstations, aisles, and loading docks clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Shipping & Receiving: Support the loading and unloading of trucks and prepare shipments for dispatch.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience as a picker, packer, or general laborer is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Communication: Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
