Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.
- Load, unload, and stack pallets of merchandise according to safety guidelines and inventory lists.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning before and after shifts.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Assist in inventory counting and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting.
- Valid Driver's License (Class C).
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (warehouse environment).
