Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Inspect forklift equipment for damage or malfunctions and report any issues immediately to management.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and assist with stock organization to ensure efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Follow proper lifting techniques and safety procedures when handling heavy loads.
- Complete daily shift logs and equipment maintenance reports.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator License (Class A, B, or C) is required.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and barcodes accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.
