Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse environment
- Conduct daily pre-operation inspections of equipment and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock rotation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist in organizing and maintaining clean, organized storage areas
- Complete shift reports and documentation accurately and promptly
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Minimum 1 year prior forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
