Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory records and perform cycle counts
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S standards
- Assist in quality control and order verification processes
- Support facility maintenance and cleanliness initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license (forklift certification provided if needed)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
