Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse facility.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to meet delivery deadlines.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting stock counts.
- Equipment Operation: Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, pallet jacks) and conveyor systems as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the work area organized, clean, and free of debris to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is preferred but we train motivated candidates.
- Skills: Basic math skills for scanning and counting; ability to read and understand pick tickets.
- Certifications: Forklift certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain one.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time, including weekends and holidays as needed.
