Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and stage materials with precision.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock locations are organized.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Handle hazardous materials and heavy pallets safely.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Must be presented at interview).
- Minimum of 1 year of recent forklift experience.
- Ability to work weekends and rotating shifts as required.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Diego facility.
