Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming merchandise onto shelves.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment using appropriate packaging materials.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stockroom organization.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory tracking.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
