As a Night Shift Warehouse Associate, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that every order is processed with speed and precision. We pride ourselves on our safety culture and our commitment to employee growth.
Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping operations for incoming and outgoing orders with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners, in strict compliance with safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Perform quality control checks on merchandise to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; comprehensive training is provided.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and weekends as required.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
