Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack: Accurately retrieve items from the warehouse shelves based on purchase orders and pack them securely for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring stock levels are up to date.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage before packing and ensure all labeling is correct and legible.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners and basic warehouse machinery.
- Order Fulfillment: Work collaboratively with the shipping team to meet daily fulfillment targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Must be highly organized and able to follow instructions precisely to minimize errors.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not required for immediate consideration.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand English, with strong communication skills.
