Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select products from shelves and pack them securely for shipping.
- Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect items for damage and ensure correct labeling.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Housekeeping: Keep the warehouse area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Order Fulfillment: Process orders quickly to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience: No prior warehouse experience required; we provide paid training.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including overtime.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to focus on tasks for extended periods.
- Valid ID: Must have a valid driver's license or state ID.
- Communication: Basic English skills required for scanning and safety communication.
