Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify orders with high accuracy and speed using warehouse management software.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo safety and proper documentation.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely when certified.
- Assist in shipping and receiving duties, including labeling and sorting packages.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
