Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Inspect merchandise for defects and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipping.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (certification provided), and conveyor systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills to read picking tickets.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts (days, nights, weekends).
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to undergo safety training and certification.
- Previous warehouse or retail experience is a plus but not required.
