Your Responsibilities
As a Picker Packer, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain. Your day will involve:
- Efficiently picking and packing merchandise to ensure order accuracy.
- Scanning items using handheld devices to update inventory systems.
- Ensuring all packages are securely wrapped and labeled for shipment.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Collaborating with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading skills for scanning and labeling.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Greensboro facility.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise accurately from warehouse shelves.
- Prepare and pack items securely for shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate handheld scanners and computer systems to update inventory levels in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently as needed.
