Responsibilities
- Pick Items: Locate and retrieve products from the warehouse shelves using scanners or picking lists.
- Pack Orders: Safely package items for shipment, ensuring they are secure and properly labeled.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and reporting discrepancies.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage before packing to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and keep your work area clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and ensure accuracy in picking and packing.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable with a history of consistent attendance.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors.
