Responsibilities
- Pick and pack merchandise accurately and efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Verify item quantities, scan barcodes, and ensure order accuracy.
- Package goods securely using appropriate materials and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Operate handheld scanners (RF guns) and warehouse management systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies quickly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Valid ID and ability to pass a background check.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
