Responsibilities
- Retrieve merchandise from storage areas and accurately pick items based on customer pick tickets.
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipment with a focus on safety and accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products before they leave the facility.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic reading and writing skills to read labels and interpret pick tickets.
- Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and reduce errors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
